Northern Chill will now offer three grassroots volleyball programs tailored to different age groups.

The first is Mini-Volley for Grades 1–4, focusing on learning through fun, age-appropriate, game-based activities that build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport.

Wednesdays 6pm - 6:45pm

Saturdays 9am - 10am

Location:  Lasalle Elementary School

The second is Avalanche for Grades 4–6, featuring 4v4 Rallyball to develop stronger fundamentals and prepare athletes for competitive play while still emphasizing fun and skill growth.

Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm

Saturdays 10:15am - 11:15am

Location:  Lasalle Elementary School

 
The third is Subzero for grades 6 - 8, featuring a brand new highly requested 6v6 Rallyball format to develop even stronger fundamentals and help athletes have a much better understanding/preparation for competitive play. The goal is to still emphasize fun and skill growth while educating the athletes on their next steps after grassroots and moving them on to future higher levels of competition.

Wednesday 8pm - 9pm

Saturdays 11:15am - 12:15am

Location:  Lasalle Elementary School

 
All groups run for 8 weeks (16 sessions), group players by age and ability for targeted instruction, and are led by experienced, passionate coaches committed to fostering joy and development in every athlete.  

* There will be no session February 18th, 2026

A large focus for future sessions will be to get more player volunteers from other older chill teams to give coaches more time to focus on individuals throughout the practices.
